Description

The Essex Conference Center & Retreat is a unique venue for conferences, weddings, off-site meetings and special events of all kinds. This magical setting consists of two multilevel buildings on eighteen acres of woods is surrounded by 250 acres of conservation land, about a half-mile from the ocean on Conomo Point in Essex, MA. The Center provides: hiking trail; ropes course; spa with 10-person hot tub & wood fired sauna; fire circle; exciting and delicious menus; three fully equipped meeting rooms; wi-fi access; and accommodations for 40 guests. Our grounds are landscaped with perennial gardens, a Japanese style pond and waterfall, space for outside activities and weddings, and extensive metal sculptures. We have made a commitment to environmental responsibility, utilizing energy efficient lighting, toxic free cleaning supplies, organic based lawn and garden care and a host of other procedures. A percentage of the Center's gross income is donated to social and environmental organizations.
